Updating a dropdown list from a spreadsheet file or other sourceAsked by KonsusOp on April 02, 2016 at 09:22 PM
Is it possible to have an drop down list from a form to be updated live from a spreadsheet document or other source? For example i have numbers from 1 to 10 in that list, but i am adding 11,,12,13,14 in the other document and would like this to be updated into the form.
Unfortunately, this is not possible within Jotform. You can possibly do this by downloading the form source codes and modify the source to query the spreadsheet file. This needs a developer to accomplish. You can outsource this through Upwork or Fivver, a freelancing websites.
Here's how you can get the form source codes: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form.
