The previously uploaded file in Single File Upload is not showing up on Edit Link

Hi, 

during testing I got to as5 stage and the licences that was previously uploaded were no longer there. I have unchecked "continue forms later" option, is this why this is occurring? Please advise.

I checked this in your last form ID and I cannot replicate it. Can you share us the edit link?

This is the edit link that I've tested with your form: https://www.jotform.com/edit/298254106991845824. 

As you could see in the screenshot, the Test attachment file is there. Perhaps, the edit link is not properly loaded in your browser? Please try it again. 

I have also tested the edit link while the autofill is enabled and still, the file is there so I think the edit link is not properly loaded to your end.

It's still not working correctly. Please test think edit link - https://www.jotform.com/edit/335427991221478124 - inputting your specific email address into each of the email fields & uploading the attachments as required.

I checked your form and is not saving any information inputted. Also please disregard test submission that I did on your form.

As you noted as well, continue later is disabled, would you mind if you switch it on so we can test it further.

My colleague is experienceing the following issue which relates to above. Please address ASAP. 

With this edit link https://www.jotform.com/edit/335427991221478124. I checked all the Multi File Upload fields and majority are filled with test data. This means that the edit link is working and pulled out the previously submitted data.

You have a few upload fields in the correct form so you mean to say that all of them are not working on edit link? 

We can submit this to our developers, but we need more information on how to replicate the problem. What are the specific fields that are affected and if this is happening to all or many of your clients? What's the error message that popups if there's any? 

I did some tests on your form so please ignore test submissions that I did. 

Let me test this a bit more and I'll get back to you.

I was able to submit everything and I received autoresponder, but I wasn't able to open Edit link, did you do any change to your form in the meantime?

I can move to the next page from the page you've shown without any problem. The file upload fields are not asking for inputs either.

Perhaps you've updated a field that has a connection or has a condition for the required file upload fields? So far, your edit link is working fine. Existing files are added under the file upload field and they are not asking for inputs/uploads once you move to the next page.
