I can't replicate this problem. I just tried this with a fresh integration:
I think the issue is with the Full Name field. Our Zoho CRM Integration is already optimized to support the Full Name field. The First and Last Name inputs will be automatically parsed and pass to its own field in Zoho. Please try switching it up. But since the re-authentication gives you the issue which I can replicate, please try it with your Zoho Email and Password, it should work as I have tested it already.
