All my forms I've created through the Google App integration are gone. This is not a good thing at all, seeing that I had scholarship applications and exams setup. Your assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated.

I checked your account and I can see the forms in the My Forms page.
It seems that you are not logged in to your JotForm account when you opened this thread. It is the reason why the forms are not showing. Please make sure you are logged in to JotForm, you can click this link: https://www.jotform.com/login
You can also try if it will work on another browser. Hope that helps. Thank you.
