    Hi Jotform

I'm having a form thats integrated with Google Sheets.

One of the fields is a date field.

The problem is that I can make a few submission, and theuy all format right into the spreadsheet, and then suddenly it breaks the formatting.

I have attached a screenshot, where you in column 3 (C column) can see that the the date suddenly is formatted in another way and aligned to the left, like text formatting

I must admit, that I see so many possibilities for a nonprogrammer like me to use your service for data collection. But unfortunelately does the Google Sheets integration not seem to be very robust, and I have seen many weird things occuring.

Especially formatting issues with dates and numbers that change. And since the integration clears all formatting, when updating new records, it is impossible to control.

Cant you make it to export only the values to the spreadsheet, and then let us as user control the formatting in the spreadsheet.

Another great feature would be a Http://my-submissions-as-a-csv-file.csv link, which then would make it easy to live import the submission into an Excel Spreadsheet via Power Query

I am unable to see the attached images in your response. Please make sure that you are logged in to Jotform when you respond to the emails so we can receive the images from your email.

To fix the format of the Date of work field on Google spreadsheets:

       - Select the dates

       - Go to Format > Number > Additional Format > More date and time formats...

      - Set the format you need.

      - Apply the date formatting for the  Date of work column.

I tested the form submission and date formatting stayed the same after every submission.

Can you please provide more information on the format you had vs format you are getting now.

You can download your submission as CSV from the submissions viewer.

Yeah the formatting stays intact now

I knowI can download it from the submission viewer window, buts its manually download.

I'm talking about a making it possible make a kind ogf public link, which is possible to use as a data connector in Excel.

For example, am I using Fulcrum App right know, because you guys lacks the easy integration to excel.

The have a feature called Data Share which makes it so easy to tap into the collected data from Excel.

Make that feature and I will move all my data collection over to you guys, cause your form builder is much more feature rich.

Have you looked at our CSV reports? There is an option to share submission reports and share them via the public link. Could that work for you?

Please let us know so we can try to provide a better solution for you.
