my webpage will not redirect, i thouhght I did it right..:( dev.carolinasuccessteam.com the form in the middle of the page...THANKS!

I checked your forms but I did not find Submit button on it. I could not test how your form redirect because it cannot be submitted.

Please add first a Submit button and we will test how it work.
