I can not get the calculations to fall out correctly on my registration form

Below is a link to the form I have been working on for days!  I am so confused on the calculations of the form. I have got some of it to work but not all of it.  Can you please help clear up what I am doing wrong.

When "Individual" is selected.. $60 falls into golf fee (in basket) and I believe when "Foursome" is selected. $600 falls into golf fee.  I have also got the correct fee to fall out under Individual where you enter additional dinner guest, it will multiply the 1-4 x's $65 and put down in the basket the correct amount but I cant get it to work the same way under the Foursome area (add'tl dinner guest x's $65).

At the end I want it to total in the basket

the golf fee + additional dinner $ + additional donation and put the total in the box.  This is the amount that I will have Paypal charge to their credit card (I have not set up Paypal yet).

I am a volunteer parent trying to help my sons football team w/ a golf tournament fundraiser.  I have spent a stupid amount of time on this form.  If I could have talked to someone days ago, I believe ALL of this would have been resolved and the form would have been successfully created.  Why not have an option for phone support for a fee$ ??

Here is my form I need help on.

    Thank you.

    Very frustrated!!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I was able to test your form https://www.jotform.com/60837611770154 and I also see the problem with the incorrect calculations.

Allow me more time to check for the right calculation needed to get the correct Total. I'll update you here as soon as I can.

Please test my demo form https://form.jotform.com/60937569665978 . Check if the calculations to Total were correct.

The 'Additional Donations' field is an input field. So you will need manually input value to it to be included in the Total.

You can also clone the test form so that you can review it on your Form Builder.

Hope this work. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

Thank you Jonathan!! everything looks good but the $amount that falls out for "Individual" golfer should be $160 NOT $60.  I tried going back through the form to see where to change it and could not figure it out.  Can you tell me how to do that please?

    I really appreciate your help!!:-)))

    Hello truesimplicity,

I did test my colleague's form and it seems to calculate the amount for individual golfer correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

The issue seems to be related to the $160 being displayed in the headings. Please check the screenshot below how to edit it:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

I am soooooo confused!  The Individual golf fee should be $160.  When I fill in the "cloned" form from above $60 falls into the golf fee box in the basket.  Why? Why? Why?  I can not see how it is getting the $ amount and/or how to change it to $160.  Please help.

    Thanks!

It appears that the calculation values of the "Please select one" radio button is set to 60 for individual and 600 for foursome.

I can not get the calculations to fall out correctly on my registration form Image 1 Screenshot 40

To change the value to 160, simply click the gear icon on the upper right side of the field and select Edit Properties. Then click on the Calculation Values field. Change the first value (60) to 160.

Once the calculation value has been changed, your golf fee should now display the correct value.

You can check out this cloned form where I changed the calculation values: https://form.jotform.com/60940993524967

    that worked beautifully!  thank you:-)

I now need help on finishing the form by putting in Paypal...

When I selected Paypal as my payment option the only thing that appeared on the form was one line

    "

I am not sure how this works?? I was expecting when I selected Paypal for Name and Paypal info to pop up?  How do I complete the payment info and get paid thru Paypal?

    Thank you again and again!

I see that the original concern here has already been resolved. For the other question you have regarding Paypal, I have opened a separate thread for it. Please refer to this link instead: https://www.jotform.com/answers/811796. We will address it shortly. Thank you.
