How to move a header or other section from top to bottom or vice versa

the only way i see how to move a section to another spot is using drop down menu and clicking up or down. this takes forever.  other solutions?

You can actually drag and drop the elements/fields in your form builder if you wish to move them from top to bottom and vice versa.

am i left clicking mouse?  cause that doesn't seem to work?
