I have checked your account and found that it was automatically suspended. This automated suspension was due to the phishing filter that we have which finds forms which it suspects for any fraudulent activities such as spamming, phishing, portraying as a log in page, and credit card mining.
However, as I was not able to find anything malicious in any of your forms, I went ahead and reactivated it. You should be able to view and edit your forms once again.
Please also take note that even if I'm able to reactivate your account, it may be possible for your account to be suspended again if in case there are forms that are still existing that is collecting such information mentioned above.
