Suddenly my form do not work anymore

    Hello,

    Suddenly my form do not work anymore.

    I have touch anything, no disabled the form, but in the edition area on Jotform it's says that the form is disabled

    It appears that your account was auto-suspended by our phishing tool, which is why your form was disabled. I checked your form and it doesn't seem to violate Jotform's terms, so I have now removed the suspension. You can now view your form without any issue.
