Can we build it a restriction? The entries for the next day must be submitted before 6pm today. Not counting weekends and public holiday

Please let me know if this is possible?

    Thanks!

    Hello neoranking,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. I did check your webpage which you have shared and there seems to be two form embedded there.

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding conditions in your form. Can you please let us know which field we need to match for "entries for the next day".

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

hi this is applicable to both forms.

the forms are basically an application for approval to enter into an area.

in order for visitors to submit for approval form, their approval needs to be submitted before 6 pm each day for the next day visit.

approval will not be available for applications submitted on weekends or public holidays...is that possible?

    Hello neoranking,

Here are the steps you should follow:

#1. Add a time field in form and set the default time as current time.

#2. You can add condition in your form to check if the selected date is before 6:00 PM today and then disable the submission button. You can also add conditional error message which will be displayed. Please check the screenshot below for the conditions:

#3. You can also disable the weekends from the calendar field. You can also disable public holidays by disabling specific days in the calendar field. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/337-How-to-Use-the-Limit-Dates-feature-in-a-DateTime-field
