... not getting email tests from my form and I've made changes to the first form I created,
but the code used to copy and paste on a web page, and the code for the pop-up option
are not reflecting the changes made.

Have you checked your sales email inbox or junk mail folder if an email landed there? As I have checked the logs, it says that the email has been sent there without any errors.
