How can I download ALL uploads of a form?Asked by STARTglobal on April 04, 2016 at 08:11 AM
Hi Jotform Team,
I created a form where people have to upload their personal CV.
Now there are about 750 submission and I would like to download all CVs to my computer.
When I press the "Download all Uploads"-Button only 225 files are downloaded. Not all 750.
A Messagebox says there is a limit of 200 MB. The folder with the 225 files has just 58 MB. So this shouldn't be the problem.
My question is now: How can I get all uploaded files to one folder on my local computer?
Thanks in advance!
I saw in an other thread that you are able to send the uploads in a different way (https://www.jotform.com/answers/809705-Download-All-Uploads-all-files-are-not-included-in-the-downloaded-ZIP-file#1). For me it is important to get the files asap. No matter how.
Best would be to have all uploads in one folder and not each file in a separate folder.
I checked your account and I see that the form titled "Student Ticket Summit 16" has 755 submissions and 1309 uploads.
As mentioned in the error message, you can also download a maximum of 250 files or a maximum of 250 MB. However, if you have more than 250 files even though the total is only 55 MB, you'll still need to download them by batch.
