No, we haven't change the format of the PDF submissions. If you are referring to PDF submission that is not formatted properly then you can fix it by resetting its format. Please follow the steps below:
1. In My Forms, please select the form and then click the "Submissions" button.
2. Click the "Get PDF" button and then click the "Customize PDF" option.
3. At the right side of it, click the "Reset" button.
