Form responses not sending email

    On our SILA Foundation Scholarship form there have been 17 responses and only 2 of them have come across as emails.

     

    The application is on the page below, under the Application tab.

    I confirmed that you haven't received any emails since the date 2016-03-31. On the related email log it can be seen easily:

    The reason behind this is being in bounce list, so I fixed the issue; but this could happen to you again. To avoid this issue, you can check the following guide firstly:

    In addition, you can use the SMTP method to send your emails with using your server, so you can beat that problem completely.

    To do that, please follow the instructions from How to Setup SMTP for a form page.
