I am suddenly not receiving the forms in my e-mail

    Every time someone fills out a form, I would receive a copy of it in my e-mail account (lbri@pixelpaintgraphics.com), and suddenly (the last couple of weeks), I am no longer getting the form sent to me. The only way I can tell I have a new order is because I get an e-mail notification from paypal that says "You have cash" - which indicates that someone has filled out a form and placed an order. We haven't changed anything on our end, so why am I suddenly not receiving the order forms in an e-mail? This is very inconvenient. I now have to log in to jot form every time I see that I have received cash to find the order form - and that used to be automatic. Please explain....I want it to be like it used to be, where I receive the order form in my e-mail each time an order is placed.

    The reason why you are not getting the email notification is because that email address is in the bounce list.

    I have remove it now from the bounce list. I checked one of your forms and I can see that the notification settings are configured properly. Please ask your email provider or ISP to whitelist the JotMail IP addresses.
