Form not saved and cannot get new embed code

I have created 2 forms, Emergency Day Shirt Form and Block Party Shirt Form, and when I made an update to the form it will not save the new embed code to my website.

I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that you are experiencing an issue with saving the form and getting the embed code for your JotForm? Could you let us know if there is any error message displayed while saving the form? I see that the forms are last edited today. If you are still experiencing the issue, please try editing and saving the form using a different browser. You can see the form revision history to see the changes made to your forms.
