For some reason once someone fills out the form on my website I dont receive that form through an email. I checked on JotForm to make sure I set the right recipient email which I did.

I took a peek at your issue for not receiving your form email notifications for new submissions.
Currently I can see it appears you were having an issue with receiving a few of your email notifications as of yesterday and we do sincerely apologize about this problem though today I see that you have two notifications that were sent successfully which is shown in your Email History.
I checked your email notification setup and that appears to be normal along side your form.
I didn't find your email address listed in our bouncelist when I checked it.
Can you try filling in your own form and submit it to yourself to see if it arrives? If not then may we have your permission to test this further directly on your form from our end? Also, have you tried checking your spam folder?
