I have created a survey with among other things a rating table. I want the full survey to be bi-lingual. I have done the translation, alo for the elements in the rating table, but the table does not translate when I change the language, the default language remains.

I've cloned your JotForm to my account to check the issue and it seems that there is an issue with translating Matrix field on your JotForm. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the form/language translation at the moment. Please allow me some time to run few tests and get back to you with relevant information.
Thank you for your patience.

Sorry for the delay. I've checked the issue and tried replicating the issue with a new form. I see that the matrix field is displaying the translated text for the first time. When the language is changed again, it is not displaying/reverting to the original language.
I've checked your JotForm now and see that the Matrix field is replaced with multiple Scale rating fields which seems to be working fine with the traslation.
I'm forwarding the issue to our backend team to take a look. Once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.

Sorry for the delay. This has now been fixed. Column and row labels will translate correctly in matrix fields.
