    Hello girlspursuingscience,

You can add image in your form by adding "Image" field in your form. Image field will allow you to upload image in form or directly use any image URL. Please check the screenshot below:

This does not help. I'm using a product order form. I'm trying to add a
picture using the form. The former is asking for the image url.

    Hello girlspursuingscience,

Yes in payment tool, you can only add an image URL. There are two options available for you:

#1. Use the "Upload Image File" feature as explained in my previous reply and grab the URL of the image. Please check the screenshot below:

#2. Alternative option is to upload the image to your own server or upload it to any image repository website and then use the image URL in the payment question. There are several free image repository and one of them is :  http://postimage.org/

    Hope this helps.

That's it! Wow, I would not have ever figured that out. It's the last
steps where you copy the link that was not clear. Thank you.

    Hello girlspursuingscience,

Once you upload the image file, you can select the file URL from the "Image Source" attribute of image field. Let me share a bigger and clear screenshot again:
