    Form does not want to submit.Urgent help!!

    Hi

    I have been getting calls from my website visitors saying that they can't submit my form.It display an error message of some kind.

    Some visitors can submit the form while other can't?

    Also,some submission that I receive do not contain the answers of a required field?

    I do receive alot of submissions that are totally correct,but why is this happening to some of my website visitors?

    Hi Compucredit,

    Thanks so much for raising this concern to us. To be able to understand your issues better, kindly i hope you wouldn't mind answering some investigative questions below.

    i. Please send us the error(s) message your customers receive when they cant us this service?

    ii. Confirm whether it is not the proxy setting at customer side that is not allowing sending the filled form, as some proxy servers settings  limit the uploading or submission of detailed forms?. They can disbale proxy and try re-sending.

    ii. On getting answers that that dont match required field, kindly inquire from the customers whether actually they answered the fields as required, we wish to rule out the the issue that is it the customer who actually entered this wrong answers.

    We will be waiting for your reply on this issue so that we can unearth the challenges your are facing and sort you out.
