What is a form view?

We've never experienced an issue with an issue with our online forms and we've only had 12 entries for our subscription, but now its not available.  Is the "form views" disabling our subscription form?  The subscription form is not on a separate page, but directly on our website.

A form view is essentially the number of times a form was loaded/viewed, which we introduced into our pricing structure as it is described here:

Your account will have 10 times more form views available than the number of your available submissions, which means that on the Silver plan, you have 100.000 form views available each month.
