Submission Limits on Plans

Quick question.  Our organization has a Bronze plan that allows us to have 1,000 monthly submissions.  What happens if we were to exceed that number?  Does our form stop working?  Do we receive any notification that we are almost to our limit if that happens?

If we are concerned that we may have a month that has unusually high submissions, can we temporarily go up in level to a higher plan, and then go back to our current plan?  And if we were to do that, would we be able to receive the current $9.95 rate that we currently receive?

    Thanks,

    Blake

If you reach the limit, you will not get more submissions until the counter resets on the first of the following month or you upgrade to a plan that provides higher limits.

If you upgrade, and decide to downgrade, it will not be possible to downgrade to the same grandfathered plan. You will downgrade to our current pricing structured.

Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
