How can I create a form to consult a data base?

Once that  I create a data base by using a capture form, I need to share the information collected to several team member, I plan to share it trough a "consulting form" .

This will be eather to update, or to add more deatils on the information provided.

Please let me know if this is posible by using your jotform platform.

Do you mean to share the information collected through your JotForm again with your team? If so, you may create an HTML table listing report or a Grid Listing report to share. These reports may also be embedded on your web pages or can be shared using the reports direct URL.
