Received incomplete payments. Why they are not completing?

We are running our annual Poem-A-Thon fundraiser and currently show 12 incomplete payments. We have had donors contact us concerned because they did not receive acknowledgement of their payments, and others look like they may be duplicates.

This is very disconcerting as this is an important fundraiser for us and those who are soliciting donations do so voluntarily.

Please look at jotform http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50727075510955, its submissions and incomplete payments, and advise ASAP why these payments are not completing.

    Thank you,

    Hello Lisa,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did check your form's submission page and found that you have 12 incomplete payments. Please be noted that when users submits form, they are redirected to PayPal checkout page.If they do not settle the payments the submission is marked as incomplete payments.

I would suggest you to please take a look at your PayPal account and see if you have actually received the payment in your account.

If you have received the payment successfully and still the submission ended up in incomplete payments that means the IPN of your account is disabled. Please check your paypal account and ensure that the IPN is enabled. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal

You may also like to take a look at the following guide as well which should help you understand incomplete payments:  https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ

    Thank you!
