    Hello BJ2,

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. Do you want to take a photo of your form with submission data?

I am not sure if we have such feature. You can download your form's submission data in PDF file. Please check the following guide on how to download your form's submission data in PDF:  https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

You can also receive the submission data in PDF directly in notification email as an attachment. Please check the screenshot below how to do this:

    Hope this helps.

If you mean tot ask something else, do get back to us with your question a little more in detail and we will surely help you.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hi Sir Ashwin_d!

Thank you for the kind reply.
Yes, that's right! I hope to capture a photo of the form itself with the input data from the user...

I could remember that I saw it before here in JotForm Forum but I forgot the keywords to find this again...

    Please help.. huhu

I think you were refering to the method described on this user guide:

    How-to-print-a-form-exactly-as-it-is-when-viewed-but-with-the-user-entered-data

Let us know if this is not.

    Thanks.

    Hi Sir Jonathan!
Thank you so much for telling me this link.

    I have another inquiry...

On Spreadsheet Widget, how can I change contents on the first column of the table (they're only numbers)?
I could only change the Column Header through reading other threads...please help...
