I haven't used the site for a while, but accessed my account tonight and am unable to view one of my forms. It says it is dormant and I am unable to enable it. Additionally, I can't access any submissions that I had previously.
I have another form that is older and I am still able to access it and view submissions.

I have checked your account and your account is active. On your account you have two forms.
When I inspected form you provided I saw that your form is blank and that 5 submissions of that form only shows submission date and IP address.
I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

On my side of things i am unable to see any submissions. In fact, it tells me that there are no submissions. But I have an older form that is working just fine.
I look forward to what you are able to find.

Unfortunately, we have not received updated from our second level, I checked your form and noticed that the issue is still there.
I will ask for updates and if we got some you will be notified here.
