I have had two submissions recieved in 'February', both came through to me on e-mail, but one has made it to DropBox, the other one hasn't. Any ideas what the problem could be? I have not changed any form settings.

We had a reported issue affecting dropbox integration some of the uploads were not working. This has already been sorted and fixed by our developers.
Can you try to test again and let us know if you are still experiencing the problem?
