Downloaded PDF submissions have missing Headers and Text

We use forms to do our marking. We need to be able to provide these marks and comments to external examiners. However, when I download the forms onto pdf, some of the fields are missing like the title, header, date and task. They aren't input fields; they are static. Is there any way to get these fields to show up on the pdf version?

Hi Tracie,

To be able to include the Headers and Texts on the PDF submission download, you need to enable the Show Headers and Text option in the submission option.
