Unfortunately, my emails are not arriving again. I'm not sure what keeps causing this as I have all jot form addressees known to me whitelisted at my host (Msn). Please advise, as this is about the fifth time this has happened and lately it has been happening more frequently (please see my ticket from approximately two weeks ago).

First of all, we are really sorry for the inconvenience this may caused you. Your email address, firstname.lastname@example.org is IN our bounce list.
Please, check the Amazon SES Developer Guide: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/remove-from-suppressionlist.html.
I removed it from the bounce and unsubscribe lists.
In addition to that, to prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list,
As my colleague was mentioned before, you are currently using a custom sender email address through verification method. If this is not working to some of your forms, I would suggest using our SMTP method(s):
Nowadays, there are several users who are having the same issue with you. We are are trying to solve that issue. if you have similar problems in the future you can check the bounce list and you can remove your email address from bounce list.
