Can i have different forms be integrated with different spreadsheets in Google docs?

When i try to set integration for the second form it doesn't let me do it unless canceling the integration i have on the first form. Maybe i'm doing something wrong?

If I understood correctly your question you would like to have different forms, each one with an independent Google Spreadsheet integration. If this is the case, each form is independent and you should be able to have Google Spreadsheet integrations on each form.
