Getting the "There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing." error even if the fields are filled

    My form keep flashing the error message (There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing. ) I have tried embeding as iframe but seem not to fix this issue. Am so tired of this issue.

    Hi there,

    According to my checks on your form, you are using the "script" and the "iFrame" embed code at the same time, so I suggest you to erase the script embed code.

    This issue continues. Its is not with embed code as I have only embeded iframe. Also both on jotform preview the form still gives same error message

    The issue is occurring from the widget called "Terms&Conditions". It is also set to be "Required", so you don't need to add other "Required" on it. Please, uncheck the option and retry to submit. On my tests, it is working after applying this setting and also, please don't forget to let us know.

    The issue still persist. I have removed the required from terms&condition widget and added 2 conditioning. The form is still giving the same issue. Please check this for me.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just tested your form and did notice the error message appearing. After reviewing I noticed that these seems to be caused by the TERMS and CONDITION widget, as my colleague indicated.

    Please remove the widget, save the modification and clear your browsers cache and cookies. Once this is complete you may re-add the widget.

    Its working perfectly now. I have to remove the Terms&Condition widget entirely and replaced it with required selection checkbox. Thanks everyone for your support.
