How to restrict times of the day

We have a fundraising client who has the following pickup days/times.

Wednesday through Saturday from 9am - 10am or 3pm-5pm.  I am able to restrict the dates with the date picker, but is there a way to restrict the times in 15 or 30 min increments?

When you say the time increments counting every 15 or 30 minutes for the user's available selections did you mean something as in 3pm-5pm goes something along the lines of 3pm, 330pm, 4pm, 430pm, 5pm? Like that? 

It's possible to adjust the time increment settings to change your time stepping if that helps or is what you are looking for maybe.

Or are you trying to limit the time increments to those measures for some other usage that I am not fully understanding with your restriction yet?

I need to be able to limit the time selections to 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 3:00, 3:30, 4:00, 4:30, 5:00 for the pickup times.

No, unfortunately, you can only delimit the minute stepping, not the hour stepping.

I'll just do a drop down menu with those times only.  Thanks anyways.

On behalf of my colleagues, you are welcome. As they indicated it is not possible to do this at the moment. You may accomplish this by using the SOURCE CODE and adjusting the time to your needs. But the best and easiest way, would be to use a drop down as you indicated and enter only the times you require.
