After clicking on Submit, the button just shows "Please Wait"

This is what the network stats show. Not sure what it means...

When you leave feedback and click submit nothing happens except a message that is telling me to wait.

No feedback is registered. Any ideas?

I took a look at your website over the link you have mentioned, and the support page on the same, but was not able to see jotform on the same. Can you please tell us the exact page that we should go to in order to see the issue?

That would allow us to see what is causing the same and help you resolve it.
