not getting emails

    Upon checking your notification for this form: https://www.jotform.com/51273978593167, the recipient was found in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    The recipient email has be added to white-list, make sure to also check spam folders. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
