My Customers are telling me My Forms on My Website are not Submitting

My forms on my website only seem to be working some of the time. I have tested them on both my computers and they have worked but I am receiving emails from customers saying that it's not working.  From what they are saying, it won't send through at the end.

I ran a test on my end of your form to investigate this issue you are having with reports about your form not submitting but unfortunately I was unable to replicate this issue as the form was working normally on my end.

Any idea what browser your customers were using whom reported this problem to you?

If they were using outdated browsers or had javascript disabled then that could possibly be why.

I would first suggest that you review our Adding a Form to Wix Guide to make sure that you've added the form to Wix correctly. 

If this continues to be a problem though then please don't hesitate to let us know as we will gladly investigate the issue further if necessary.
