How to create a PDF form from my form?

    I'm assuming that you would like to create PDF from your form. To do that please follow:

    1.Go to your JotForm account and go to My Forms section.

    2. There you select the form that you want to convert to PDF, and from a drop-down menu, when you click More, you can select to Create PDF Form. Please check this image below:
