When customer books service would like to match with staff location and time available.

When appointment made how remove previously available staff  time slot in

How would these be setup using subusers? If more than one staff has listed aa available would all receive email or can choose.

You can use the following widgets. It has a built-in feature that subtracts its quantity value when it is selected by the next user. Then the following user will only see options with available quantity. This works similarly to an inventory system. Please check these widgets to learn more about them.

You can also use this grid for date and time booking. This also disables the cell once it is already selected by the user.

However, linking these two widgets is not possible, unfortunately.

If I understand correctly, you want to use a condition so that when the user submits the form, they will be redirected to another form? If yes, then you can simply add the "Change Thank You Page" condition on the first form. Then add the URL of the second form on the "Redirect To Page" feature on the Thank you page condition.

In the screenshot, I added the condition that if the "Redirect to second form" is Equal to yes, then the user will be redirected to the second form after submission.

You can check out this demo form to see the redirect condition in action: https://form.jotform.com/60959346211962

To send emails to staff when appointment is made, simply follow this guide: Setting Up Email Notifications.

can match many items (location and time and  service) to (location and time and service) of staff?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to link the location, time and service or any other data between the customer and staff forms. A possible workaround would be to manually input the data in the Staff form. So for example, if the customer used the Muiltiselect Grid to book an appointment at a certain time, you will have to manually input that time slot in the Grid found in the Staff form.

To make this manual input easier, you can add a link to the Staff form in the Email Notification of the Customer Form. So when a Customer Form is submitted, a staff will receive the notification. They can then manually input the data in the Staff Form.

Here's a Customer Form demo so you can see it in action: https://form.jotform.com/60961226755965

Enter your email address in the E-mail field so you can receive an autoresponder with a link to the Staff Form. In the email you can see the data submitted by the user. You can then click the link to the Staff Form so you can manually input the data there.
