Formu oluşturuyorum ama sonrasında url çalışmıyor ve sürekli olarak "Form not found, This form is disabled" uyarısı alıyorum.

It appears that your account was auto-suspended by our phishing detector tool, which is why you got the error "Form not found, This form is disabled". I checked your form and I can see that it doesn't violate jotform's terms, so I have now removed the suspension on your account.

You should now be able to view your forms without any issue.
