Unable to edit Japanese Language when set as default

    Hi Jot form support,

I created a form at the first time by your service today.

Language attribute of my account is "English" however, when I created the form, the default language setting is set to "Japanese."  I can change the default to "English" but I can not change the translation setting of "Japanese" menu even after it became non-default.  I like to set right translation to the Japanese menu.  How can I do that?

    Thanks for your kind support.

    Hello Masaru,

I tried the Language Translation within your form but I cannot reproduce the problem. I can set Japanese by default or as a secondary language and I can edit them.

    Example:

Unable to edit Japanese Language when set as default Image 1 Screenshot 30

I can also edit it when I set Japanese as the default language.

Unable to edit Japanese Language when set as default Image 2 Screenshot 41

Maybe what you want to do is to translate all the form text into Japanese by default? You can actually do that by manually editing the labels.

Perhaps if you can provide more details about the problem you're experiencing or a screenshot, it would help us analyze the problem better.

    Thanks!

    Hi Elton,

    Thanks for your reply.

I did the same operation again, and it worked as you suggest.

Something may be wrong in a software logic when a user changed default language in a form menu and try to change translations immediately after that.  But it worked when I logged out and in again and tried to the same thing.

    Thanks anyway for your support!
