How do I submit emails to my clients?

I'd like to know is how do I submit emails to my clients as they all seem to come back to my inbox. ?

Basically, it is working like "Notification" (the emails which come to the form owner); but it is using the "E-mail" field on your form and sends the confirmation to your clients. Please, feel free to ask, if you want extra information about it.
