Hi there,
Yes, it is possible by sharing your form with other accounts which will become a sub-user of your account. On JotForm, sub-user is a account that you can define to your account to share your forms with. By using sub- user feature, you can share or give privilege to edit to other users. Also, you don't need to share all of your forms. You can decide which one is going to be shared.
For instance, you or your company has one paid account and you want to give access to your other colleagues only for some forms. With defining them as a sub-user (they don't need to be a paid user), they can edit or preview the submissions only for specified forms.
Also, when you share your forms with someone, they will see this forms under the "Shared with you" tab.
In addition, you can find the guide about how to add sub-user to your account.
If you want to know more about it, please let us know.
Thanks.
