We have adopted a CRM system and no longer need to be utilizing JotForm. How do I cancel our subscription?

I see that the Bronze Monthly subscription on your account is already cancelled and scheduled to downgrade to Free subscription by the end of the current subscription period i.e., April 12, 2016.
