Unfortunately, there is no way to delete all submissions at once. But it should be easier to delete a lot of submissions using the grid at the bottom of the page on the Submissions page. If you check the checkbox on the warning, you can delete entries quickly with a single click.

I have over 6,000 records - that is really unacceptable.

We may add "Delete all submissions" button above the grid. But it's very risky, we don't want people to lose their submissions accidentally. Believe it or not, if you put a button on the page someone will click that accidentally, no matter how many confirmations you ask :) We will consider your suggestion. Thanks.

Actually, I probably overreacted. I had spent 30 minutes trying to delete a bunch of records from that particular form. On a whim (really out of frustration) I right-clicked on the form in the main list and was surprised to see "Clone this form" which gave me a new dataset. However, from a pure usability standpoint, this feature was not obvious at all. Maybe a note in the help docs could point this out as an option when people search for 'delete all records' would be useful.
I do think 'delete all records' should be an option, especially if you strongly warn people with a disclaimer and confirm their deep down true desire to delete all records, I think it's a feature that should be in the set.

Just my 2 cents, since I'm up against the same thing right now. I know as a programmer that sometimes we must give big powers to our users, powers with which they may harm themselves. Still, that's a user-training matter. If it is needed, it's needed. Right now, I know what I need to do, and I cannot do it. Hope you'll consider adding this feature with reasonable warnings. Thanks for thinking about it.

@doogieb It's already available now for almost 2 months. I just forgot to update here it's my bad. You can use it by right clicking on a form at MyForms page or clicking "Delete All" button at Submissions page.
We have included a password confirmation page to make it as hard as possible but some users already deleted their submissions by accident. You are right this feature is really needed for most of the users and it's used a lot so we decided to keep it.

Is it possible to delete several forms at once? I have one user who entered the same form 780 times, and I only need one of his records. Can I delete only HIS 780 entries without deleting all 990 entries?

Unfortunately this is not possible as of now. I do believe though that there should be a way to do so. With that in mind, I'll be submitting a request ticket for this option. We will let you know if this request is approved and consequently implemented but we cannot guarantee a specific time for completion.
In the mean time, you may type in his name in the text box at the bottom of the grid to show only his submissions.
Then, delete the entries one by one by clicking the x button.
Hope this helps.
