Help!! I recently opened a new JotForm account for a client and misspelled their company name when I created the username for the account. They have asked if it is possible to correct the username. Any solutions?

Yes we can do it for you, due to security reasons your are not able to change your username from your end. Kindly you will provide us with the new username that you need us top use now.
After we reset you account, you will have o log out the original username and login with new username and will be ready to go.
