I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I see that your JotForm is made in French and our language translation tool is not updated to scan some languages such as Arabic, French, etc. So, the forms made in these languages are automatically suspended.
I have verified your forms and they seem to be normal and clean. I have activated your account and you should be able to see your forms now. Sorry for the trouble caused.
