I have hidden fields in my forms to capture utm tracking data. These fields work for the initial page but fail to persist from page to page.
For example, when a visitor clicks this link: http://www.countrytracts.com/property/cumberland-creeks-lot-20/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=display%20cpc&utm_term=tn%20land&utm_content=lot%2020&utm_campaign=cumberland%20creeks and they decide that's not the property for them. The then see at the bottom of the page a property that strikes their fancy and navigate to it via: http://www.countrytracts.com/property/cumberland-creeks-lot-40/ and fill out the corresponding JotForm, the original utm parameters do no fill out the hidden fields. However, if they were to fill out the original page's JotForm the hidden fields get populated appropriately.
How can I get the utm parameters to persist from page to page?

The problem is that you pass those parameters for the URL of the original page not the other ones. So to have those value passed to the hidden fields on other pages, their URL must also contains those parameters.
The URL for Lot #40 would become - http://www.countrytracts.com/property/cumberland-creeks-lot-40/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=display%20cpc&utm_term=tn%20land&utm_content=lot%2020&utm_campaign=cumberland%20creeks
Hope that solves your issue. Feel free to ask if more help is needed.
