    I see that the account is autosuspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. As I check your JotForms, I see that you have created a login form in your account. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on Phishing forms. 

    Your account cannot be activated unless you agree to our Terms and agree to delete the guilty forms from your account. Please let us know if you want us to delete the guilty forms in your account in order to activate your account.
