How to redirect users to a different thank you page if the checkbox is checked?

I need to make this form functional using authorize.net

So if the user checks the box it needs to create a subscription.

If the user does not check the box it is a donation.

Is it possible to use conditional logic make the page redirect to a different thank you page if the box is checked?

That way I could setup two forms one with a subscription option and one with a donation option.

If that is not possible how would I do this?

I will upgrade to full member if you can make this work.

It is possible to apply conditions for the Thank you page. Depending on the condition, the Thank you page can go to the custom URL or to the default thank you page.
