I see that you've created your JotForm in a guest account. We request you to register a free account using this email ID so that the form shall be moved to your account automatically. This would help you in managing your forms or its submissions easily. Once you login to your JotForm account, you can view the submissions of your JotForms by following the guide below:

I would also like to know how to have the responses sent directly/or forwarded to my personal email so I don't have to keep checking the submissions page

Yes. You can setup an email notification on your JotForm so that the form filled information will be sent directly to your email address as soon as the form is submitted.
